Let's Talk about water! The one thing that I truly consider "The Magic Bullet". Personally, I try to Drink 8oz or water EVERY hour. I start my day with water and end my day with water. I also drink a 16oz glass before every meal.
1. Calories.
Water will help your body control calories.When you drink water, you're not drinking a soda or something else unhealthy. Water also fills you up and helps you stay fuller longer. Celery and Cucumbers are both 95% water, are are often called zero calorie foods because they take more energy to eat than they contain. They make great snacks.
2. Hydration.
Have you ever left shriveled up dried up beans in a pot of water? 45 minutes later, the beans are nice big and plump. Your skin is the same way. Your skin wants to absorb the water in your body and become plump.
3. Bathroom Business.
Water will help your kidneys function. Staying hydrated will also lower your possibility of getting UTIs. H2O helps your bowels flow the way they should, preventing constipation.
4. Muscle Medicine.
When your getting your gym on, your muscles are losing water. When you drink water you pump the back up and re-hydrate them. If you notice that your gym routine isn't going as well or lasting as long as normal, you may be needing more water.
5. Skin.
Your face is exposed to a lot of things like , pollutants, dirt and oil. Your face gets abused with these things daily. Water will help your skin purge itself of all the awful things your face has to endure daily. Water will also help
