And I mean EVERYTHING. Count your calories, track your pounds lost and know your measurements. It feels so good to see your progress and it WILL keep you motivated to continue to loose weight.You can track everything a few ways. MyFitnessPal and Fitocracy are fun ways to track calories, pounds lost and workouts. Another way to VISUALLY track is this cute idea over here. I would use money instead though, so you have that extra kick to get your cash back.

Work Out While You Watch TV.
I love TV. I do, I love watching the news in the morning with my coffee, I love watching Reba after dinner and My favorite is The Big Bang Theory right before bed. But TV doesn't burn calories. So I made up a workout for every one of my favorite shows! For example, with The Big Bang Theory, I do 10 Squats whenever Sheldon says "Penny". That's 30 squats whenever he knocks on her door! At the end of the episode, I feel more like I got a really great work out and less like I only watched TV. I also Stretch out or run in place every commercial break.

Okay when I saw reward yourself, I DO NOT MEAN WITH FOOD! You're not a dog, you don't get a treat when you did something good. I mean go get yourself a massage, go get your nails done! Food should not be your comfort. Food is strictly nutritional. Losing weight is HARD. You deserve to reward yourself.

Brush Your Teeth...?
You heard me. Brush your teeth. Have you ever been craving something? Like really craving it? Well, brush your teeth! The smell and toothpaste is really potent and really clean. It will wipe away the craving and make it so you cant eat anything for about an hour after your done, also your teeth will be nice and white!

Thinking about eating that cupcake your daughter brought home from school? Thinking about getting into that cheesecake from the restaurant? Distract yourself from going over your daily calorie limit by cleaning. There are two reasons why this works. When you;re cleaning you can't eat, and you cant think about what you're craving, also, you feel better when your home is clean. You feel like your life is more together too. These are great things when it comes to weight loss.
